Planning progress and deliveries to site, ensure both progress and safety standards are met. Interface between customer and Vestas supervision and commissioning teams. Managing program and H&S on site.
With a complex program, storage on site and feeding 4 main cranes. An ambitious program that will guarantee 8 main installations per week, divided over a project that is split into two different locations. A challenge that requires daily programming and planning, interface and adjustment. Close coordination and corporation between all parties involved.
