AFF Windservices (Afonso Ferreira Faria Unipessoal Lda) is an organization that delivers management services, qualified supervision, consulting, scheduled and unscheduled maintenance of wind turbines in the wind energy industry (renewable energy).

- Ensure continuous improvement of the quality and environmental management system, ensuring that risks and
opportunities that may affect the compliance of products and services and the ability to increase customer satisfaction are determined and addressed, and that the focus on improving customer satisfaction is maintained. - Ensure that the policy and objectives are established and compatible with the Company's strategic context and direction. Quality and environmental objectives are defined and maintained as part of internal audit, monitoring and management review processes in order to increase the satisfaction of the various stakeholders.

This policy will be communicated to all employees and stakeholders. Workers and other stakeholders are expected
to cooperate and assist in the implementation of this policy, while ensuring that their own work, as far as is
reasonably practicable, is carried out without risk to themselves, third parties or the environment.
